As part of a diversified business group, our operations extend beyond analytics into emerging ventures, creating unique opportunities for professionals to gain broad business exposure and work directly with senior leadership.

    About Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and ambitious Executive Assistant to the CEO who can function as a strategic partner rather than a traditional administrative assistant.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership without being prompted, and can seamlessly coordinate across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

Working directly with the CEO, you will act as an extension of the leadership office, ensuring priorities are executed effectively, communication remains aligned, and critical initiatives move forward without delays.

This position offers exceptional exposure to leadership decision-making, business strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution across group companies.

    Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Chief of Staff Support

    • Drive execution of the CEO's key priorities by translating discussions into actionable plans, defined ownership, and measurable timelines.
    • Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of commitments.
    • Anticipate challenges, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommend solutions.
    • Prepare executive dashboards, project trackers, and progress reports for leadership reviews.
    • Independently manage and execute high-impact projects assigned by the CEO.

    Executive Communication & Coordination

    • Manage the CEO's calendar strategically, ensuring focus on high-value priorities.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, presentations, and discussion materials.
    • Capture meeting outcomes, circulate action points, and track completion.
    • Draft professional communications, emails, presentations, and business correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    • Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, vendors, investors, and internal leadership teams.
    • Coordinate cross-functional discussions and ensure alignment across business units.
    • Represent the CEO's Office with professionalism, discretion, and strong business acumen.
    • Ensure seamless information flow and timely communication among stakeholders.

    Business Operations & Project Execution

    • Support business reviews by gathering relevant data, synthesizing key insights, and highlighting opportunities or concerns.
    • Assist with strategic initiatives, partnerships, business development activities, and special projects.
    • Coordinate activities across multiple group companies and functions.
    • Drive operational excellence through structured follow-ups and process improvements.

    Executive Office Administration

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel, events, leadership meetings, and offsites.
    • Manage confidential documentation, records, and expense-related processes.
    • Develop and implement systems that improve productivity and efficiency within the CEO's Office.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of executive operations.

    Candidate Profile

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    • MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
    • 1-3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles.
    • Exceptional organizational and execution capabilities.
    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
    • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

    Why Join Us?

    • Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
    • Opportunity to work across multiple businesses and functions.
    • Fast-track learning and professional growth.
    • Clear progression toward Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, and Leadership roles.
    • Entrepreneurial culture that values ownership, initiative, and impact.

If you are ambitious, resourceful, and driven by impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to build your career alongside senior leadership while contributing directly to business growth and execution.
