Executive Assistant To Regional Director

• Calendar and Schedule Management: Optimizing the SBU Head's time by managing appointments and protecting focus blocks.
• Communication Management: Screening emails, phone calls, and managing correspondence to ensure key information is prioritized.
• Meeting Coordination & Preparation: Organizing board meetings, setting agendas, and preparing detailed briefing documents.
• Travel & Logistics: Coordinating complex international and domestic travel itineraries.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Tracking projects to ensure deadlines are met and acting as a liaison with key clients and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: MBA/ MHA having Minimum 3+ years of office administrative experience in the same domain.
• Skills: High discretion, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
