About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and business schedules.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, business associates, and internal departments.
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Draft emails, letters, notices, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and other official correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain important documents, records, files, and confidential information.
- Follow up with department heads and employees on pending tasks, instructions, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the MD.
- Ensure proper scheduling and preparation for meetings and business engagements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline; secretarial or administrative qualifications will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email management, calendar scheduling, and documentation.
- Well-organized, proactive, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- High level of trustworthiness, confidentiality, loyalty, and professional integrity.
- Presentable, polite, punctual, and flexible with work schedules.
- Willingness to handle both official responsibilities and personal assignments for the MD.
