Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the Managing Directors calendar, meetings, appointments, travel and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-up on the MDs instructions and decisions.
• Understand ongoing business discussions and maintain visibility on key priorities, projects and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports and relevant information required by the MD.
• Coordinate with Finance and other teams on basic financial information, reports, budgets and business numbers as required.
• Review information received from different functions and highlight important updates or pending matters to the MD.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of important tasks.
• Assist the MD in preparing for internal and external meetings.
• Handle confidential business and personal information with complete discretion.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 8-10 years of experience as an EA to MD/Owner/Promoter or in a similar senior executive support role.
• Strong business understanding and maturity to follow management-level discussions.
• Basic understanding of finance and business numbers.
• Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Proactive, organized, discreet and comfortable working closely with the MD.
