Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Confidentiality: Maintain a strict level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and discussions.

2. Interpersonal & Professionalism: Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring a professional demeanor in all interactions, both internal and external.

3. Email Management:

- Independently manage and respond to email communications addressed to the Managing Director, ensuring timely and appropriate replies.

- Prioritize and escalate matters as necessary.

4. Business Development Support:

- Participate in business enquiries, reverse biddings, and tenders under the guidance of the MD.

- Assist in preparing responses, documents, and presentations as required.

5. Client Coordination:

- Liaise with clients as needed, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and promptness.

6. Inter-Departmental Coordination:

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

- Follow up on progress and ensure timely completion of work.

7. MIS Reports & Compliance:

- Track and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Highlight gaps or discrepancies as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and suggest improvements.

8. Language: Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

- Strong command over English and Hindi.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
