Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Managing Director.
• Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
• Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes (MOM), and official documents.
• Draft professional emails and business communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Conduct research and maintain records, trackers, and schedules.
• Handle confidential information and assist with administrative and personal tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail, and Google Workspace.
• Good written and spoken English with Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and confidentiality.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Secretarial or Executive Assistant certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

• Experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO, Founder, or other senior executives.
• Stable work history with experience in administration, coordination, or executive assistance.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of getting work done through effective follow-up.
