Role & responsibilities

Manage & maintain the MD & CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and strategic engagements.
Co-ordinating for arrangements related to travel including flight bookings, hotel accommodations and preparation of travel itineraries.
Provide administrative & operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the MD & CEOs office.
Prepare meeting agendas in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Attend important meetings as required & prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) capturing key discussions, decisions and action points.
Maintain & track action trackers for follow-ups with various departments to ensure timely closure of commitments.

Preferred candidate profile

710 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership / CXO offices in a corporate environment.
Preferably Looking for someone from Big corporate company
