Executive Assistant to Head Credit Risk @ YES Bank, Santacruz East

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

•       Support the CCRO/ NCH/ NCM in tracking strategic priorities, business objectives, and key organizational initiatives.
•       Coordinate the business reviews, leadership forums, governance meetings, and executive presentations.
•       Prepare management updates, and presentations for Board, Committee, and senior management discussions.
•       Monitor critical projects and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Core Responsibilities

•       Manage the Executive Directors office, calendar, priorities, and meeting schedules.
•       Review and prioritize incoming communication, correspondence, and requests requiring Executive Directors attention.
•       Prepare briefing notes, meeting packs/briefing materials, presentations, speeches, and executive summaries.
•       Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and event participation.
•       Record, track, and monitor action items arising from Board, Committee, leadership, and regulatory meetings.
•       Act as a central coordination point between the CCRO/ NCH/ NCM and senior stakeholders across the Bank.

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities

•       Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•       Demonstrate exceptional confidentiality and professional judgment while handling sensitive matters.
•       Manage multiple high-priority assignments in a dynamic environment.

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities

•      Ensure adherence to governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
•      Support audit, compliance, and regulatory information requests.
•      Maintain proper documentation and records of key decisions, approvals, and communications.
