Executive Assistant To Founder

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Founders Office Intern to work closely with the Founders and leadership team on day-to-day priorities, business initiatives, coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Founders with calendar management, meeting coordination and scheduling.

Support travel planning, meeting logistics and other day-to-day requirements.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founders.

Track meeting action items, follow-ups and deadlines to ensure timely closure.

Support execution of projects and strategic initiatives driven by the Founders.

Work with cross-functional teams on operational and execution-related tasks.

Conduct research, gather data and prepare presentations, business updates and reports.

Support preparation of meeting agendas, notes and follow-up trackers.

Assist with administrative and coordination requirements as needed.

Identify gaps, follow up proactively and ensure tasks are closed within timelines.

Support the Founders’ Office on ad-hoc business priorities and projects.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal skills and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

Comfortable working with MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

Prior internship experience in a startup is preferred
