About this role
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and business correspondence.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and management reviews.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Commercial, and other functional teams.
- Handle visitor management and meeting logistics.
- Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Female candidate with a pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, English, or related discipline.
- 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
