Executive Assistant To Chairman & Managing Director

Role & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chairman & Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes (MOM), and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports on company performance and present findings to senior management.
• Perform secretarial operations such as data entry, filing documents, and managing electronic calendars.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA (Hospital Management preferred)
• 2-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary
• Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong calendar, meeting, and travel management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
