Job Summary
Job Title: Secretary-TMT-TAX-CBS - AWS - TAX Exec Assistants - Hyderabad
Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end executive support
- Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa support, transport, and travel itineraries
- Preparing travel plans, expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact with internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate with the team for meetings, updates, follow-ups, and approvals
- Organize team meetings, client meetings, reviews, events both in an outside office
- Invoicing
- Code setups
- Opportunity creations
- Code transfers
- Other credit notes are managed only with the internal team working with the team members
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Collaborative and able to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements
