Roles & Responsibility

• Invoice & Credit Note Management: Generate, verify, and process customer invoices and credit notes accurately within Dynamics 365.
• Procurement Workflow: Initiate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile billing variances by collaborating with the engagement team and finance team
• Matrix Management: Own and maintain the end-to-end stakeholder engagement matrix in Dynamics 365.
• Data Mapping: Map client accounts, project owners, deliverables, and approval hierarchies.
• Workflow Monitoring: Assist engagement teams in tracking / updating project milestones against the engagement matrix to trigger timely billing and reviews.
