Job Summary
The opportunity: Secretary-National-SaT-CBS - AWS - SaT Executive Assistants - Mumbai.
Your key responsibilities - Provides robust executive assistance through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, and email handling for multiple partners.
- Manages partner office operations and administrative workflows with strong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, itineraries, forex requirements, and expense claims in a timely and compliant manner.
- Supports practice operations by preparing presentations, managing documentation, and handling reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong computer proficiency and confidentiality while working in a fast-paced executive environment supporting 4 to 5 partners.
- Qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Project Management (6+ years)
- People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
- You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
