About this role
Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, communication, and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth functioning of business activities, effective stakeholder management, and timely execution of key priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities - Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements.
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, meeting notes, and business updates.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records, approvals, and confidential documents.
- Support leadership reviews, events, and governance requirements.
Prioritization of meetings, schedules, travel plans, and leadership engagements.
Major Challenges - Managing multiple priorities and urgent business requirements.
- Coordinating with diverse stakeholders across locations.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information.
- MBA Marketing/Finance
- Should be proficient in SQL & MS Excel
- Added advantage if candidate has knowledge of SFDC
- Stakeholder Management Skills required
