About this role
Job Purpose
- To provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, communication, and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth functioning of business activities, effective stakeholder management, and timely execution of key priorities.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements.
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, meeting notes, and business updates.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records, approvals, and confidential documents.
- Support leadership reviews, events, and governance requirements.
Prioritization of meetings, schedules, travel plans, and leadership engagements.
Major Challenges
- Managing multiple priorities and urgent business requirements.
- Coordinating with diverse stakeholders across locations.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Qualifications
- MBA – Marketing/Finance
- Should be proficient in SQL & MS Excel
- Added advantage if candidate has knowledge of SFDC
- Stakeholder Management Skills required
- Work Experience
- 0 – 2 years experience required
- Experience in Project Management
- Business Analyst candidate would be suitable
- Should be flexible in working hours for extending support at times to meet project deadlines
