Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

We are looking for Executive Assistant for our Management team. Only Male candidates please.

* Should be proactive and support the MD / CEO by participating in meetings / Business discussions.

* After the meetings, prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and circulate them to MD / CEO and the meeting participants.

* Track the action points and decisions taken in previous meetings by coordinating with respective department heads and provide MD / CEO with a status update prior to the follow-up meetings.

* In MD / CEO absence, should be capable of conducting recurring or routine meetings, documenting the discussion points, and submitting the report to MD / CEO.

* The individual should develop a good understanding of the working processes of all the departments so that he can effectively follow discussions and coordinate actions during meetings.

* Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to work with different departments and ensure timely execution of agreed action points by the respective departments in the meeting.

* Should also possess excellent drafting and documentation skills, especially in preparing professional emails, reports, and records that can serve as references in the future.

* Should be a net savee and be using AI tools as part of the work on daily basis.

* Current Experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant from last 3+ years only will be considered. Prior to that any experience doesnt matter.
