Position Details:

• Position: Executive / Assistant Manager – Agro Business
• Department: Sales & Marketing
• Location: Okhla, New Delhi
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B Sales (Agrochemical Industry)
• Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Life Sciences or related field. MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop B2B business with industrial and institutional customers in the agrochemical sector.
• Generate new business opportunities for contract manufacturing (bulk materials and small packing).
• Manage key accounts, techno-commercial negotiations, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new customers, market opportunities, and business growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience in Agrochemical B2B Sales and Business Development.
• Experience in institutional sales, industrial sales, or contract manufacturing business.
• Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development.
