Executive/Assistant Manager -BQP (General + Iife insurance)

Role & responsibilities

• Client Servicing: Understand clients insurance requirements and provide appropriate assistance in recommending suitable Life and General Insurance products.
• Policy Placement: Assist in obtaining insurance quotations, comparing coverage and terms, negotiating with insurers, and coordinating the successful placement of policies.
• Insurance Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of proposals, policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and other relevant insurance records.
• Renewals: Manage policy renewal activities, proactively coordinate with clients, and ensure timely renewal of policies to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
• Claims Assistance: Assist clients with claim intimation and documentation, follow up on claims, and coordinate with insurers to facilitate timely resolution.
• Record Keeping: Maintain complete and accurate records of clients, policies, transactions, communications, and other documentation in accordance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Understanding of Insurance products (Life + General).
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management
• Strong Customer Service & Query Resolution skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and trading platforms.
• Proficiency in Quotation & Proposal Management
