    About this role

  1. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and intelligent Executive Assistant to the Founder’s Team.
  3. This is not a conventional EA role. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder and leadership team and will get exposure to business operations, strategy, product development, manufacturing, sourcing, customers, vendors, MIS, special projects and business expansion.
  5. We are looking for someone who can think independently, take ownership, follow through relentlessly and get things done.
  7. Key Responsibilities
  9. • Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, priorities, travel and day-to-day requirements.
  10. • Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, action trackers and ensure timely closure of commitments.
  11. • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders.
  12. • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards and business updates for management.
  13. • Track important business initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
  14. • Support the Founder’s Office on research, analysis and special projects.
  15. • Follow up with teams and stakeholders to ensure execution and accountability.
  16. • Handle confidential business information and sensitive communications.
  17. • Identify bottlenecks proactively and help drive issues towards resolution.
