We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive & Administrative Coordinator to support management in day-to-day coordination, documentation, communication, meetings, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and official correspondence.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and important information.
- Track pending tasks, action points, and deadlines.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and other executive requirements.
- Handle emails, calls, and routine communication on behalf of management when required.
- Support administrative and operational activities as assigned.
- Ensure timely follow-up with different departments.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all executive-related work.
