About this role
- Analyse financial reports, MIS, budgets, forecasts and cash flows to identify key trends, risks and business opportunities.
- Monitor weekly collections and debtor status, coordinate with Finance and Marketing teams, and ensure effective weekly review meetings with clear minutes and follow-up actions.
- Review and analyse high-value Capex and Purchase Orders, including strategic material procurement, steel tolerances, pricing calculations and estimates, to strengthen management controls.
- Present actionable business insights and highlight key concerns to senior management to facilitate timely and informed decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports covering financial performance, risk assessment, process improvements and actionable recommendations.
- Identify and escalate key red flags and concerns arising from Company Secretary / CS-related MIS.
- Analyse EXIM reports, including duty drawback, reconciliation and related matters.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system is effectively aligned with organizational control and reporting requirements.
- Analyse plant expense MRM reports and track improvement initiatives and projects.
- Effectively communicate findings, recommendations and action plans to relevant stakeholders in support of the organizations strategic objectives.
