About this role
Role & responsibilities :
1. Design landscape for a given project.
2. Prepare all kinds of presentations as well as working and detailed drawings.
3. Prepare green building certification / EC drawings.
4. Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
5. Prepare block estimates, Presentation Drawing.
6. Communicate with all the concerned persons/organizations involved to keep the project on scheduled track.
7. Give presentations.
8. Liaisoning with Government / Non-Government clients for respective projects.
9. Prepare & check all kinds of drawings (design, design development, working drawings, presentations, etc.).
10. Overseeing projects as they progress.
11. Visiting the site (in / out of station) for checking execution / meetings as and when required.
12. Work Location: Pune.
Preferred candidate profile : B. Arch /M. Arch- Landscape with more than 10 years of experience
