Executive AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies, patient inquiries, and insurance claims.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of AR issues and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the medical services/hospital industry.
• Strong understanding of denial management processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
