Executive -AP

We are looking for a skilled Executive - AP to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for managing accounts payable processes.

• Manage and process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.


• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth payment processing.


• Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Analyze and resolve discrepancies or issues related to AP payments.


• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and systems.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficient in using accounting software and systems.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.


• Skills: Tally, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Accounts Payable, MS Office.
