Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities in the agriculture sector through rural banking, agri finance, and agribusiness solutions.
• Identify potential clients and build relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to increase revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized financial products for agricultural customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in agriculture sales, agriculture marketing, or rural banking/marketing.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products related to agriculture industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities or growing existing ones.
