Executive - Administration

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration professional with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the Mutual Fund, Asset Management, Financial Services, or NBFC industry. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations, vendor coordination, branch support, and office infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and branch support activities.
• Coordinate branch expansion, office setup, and infrastructure requirements.
• Handle vendor management, property-related matters, and facility operations.
• Organize internal events and administrative initiatives.
• Maintain administrative records, MIS, and provide regular updates to the HOD.
• Resolve administrative escalations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently and travel to branch locations as required.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of corporate administration and facilities management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
• Candidates from the Mutual Fund, AMC, Financial Services, or NBFC industry will be preferred.
