2. Cash Flow Monitoring

• Track and report daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Assist in forecasting and planning cash requirements for the business.

3. Odoo Implementation Support

• Assist in the implementation of Odoo ERP by ensuring proper data entry and system configuration for the accounts team.
• Ensure timely implementation of the system

4. Bank Payment & Receipts Entries

• Process bank payments and receipts entries accurately and in a timely manner in the accounting system.
• Ensure all banking transactions are recorded in the system and reconciled with bank statements.

5. Bank Position Management

• Monitor and report daily bank position, ensuring funds are managed effectively for daily operational needs.
