About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and validate invoice details, including additional fields required in the new Tally process. Later ERP will be changed to SAP.
- Verify supporting documents and identifying discrepancies or duplicate invoices.
- Maintain and organize physical invoice records.
- Track pending invoices and follow up on approvals or clarifications.
- Support reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities.
- Follow AP procedures and internal controls
Key Skills
- Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing.
- SAP and basic accounting knowledge, knowledge on Tally is additional preference.
- AP/invoice processing experience
- English and communication - mid level
- GST knowledge and understanding of GST-related invoice requirements
- Good Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Com - Required
- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Com - Preferred
- 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
