We are seeking for an Executive - Accounts Personal to join our Accounts and Finance Team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting transactions, along with experience in billing and accounting entries.

Key Skills Requirements

• Tally Prime knowledge is compulsory.
• Practical experience in Tally Prime, including purchase entries, sales/invoice entries and basic accounting transactions.
• Preferred candidates from Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Industries
• Good knowledge of billing and accounting documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Make purchase entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain CSR entries.
• Maintain office stock/inventory records and update them regularly.
• Handle vendor and customer payment entries.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for billing and accounting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities.
