About this role
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Manage daily entries in Tally ERP 9, invoicing, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and debtor/creditor ledgers.
- Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle deductions and monthly/quarterly filings for TDS, PF, and ESIC.
- GST Management: File GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, reconcile ITC (via GSTR-2A/2B), and handle annual GSTR-9/9C filings.
- RoC & Legal Compliances: Prepare board minutes/notices, maintain statutory registers, and file MCA forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12, CHG-1/4, SH-7, etc.).
- MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial summaries, cash flow tracking, expense analysis, and compliance calendars for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com (CS Executive or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounts and compliance, ideally in software/tech services.
- Software: High proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, MCA 21 portal, and GST portal.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Companies Act 2013, Income Tax, GST, PF, and ESIC laws.
