About The Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting processes and good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Track outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams for finance-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor expenses and support budget/expense tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic reporting.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
  

Education

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Candidates from manufacturing, automotive, engineering, procurement, or supply-chain organizations would be preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced/start-up environment will be an added advantage.
