Execution Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor

Location: Multiple locations (All over India)

Key Role: Responsible for the smooth and timely execution of aluminium formwork (Aluform) works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute aluminium formwork activities as per drawings and schedule.
• Coordinate with site, planning, structural, and subcontractor teams.
• Ensure correct formwork erection, alignment, level, and de-shuttering.
• Monitor materials, productivity, and daily progress.
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve site execution issues and maintain daily reports.
• Coordinate with client representatives for inspections and approvals.

Requirements:

• 1 to 10 years of experience in aluminium formwork/high-rise construction.
• Good knowledge of formwork reading drawings, site execution, and measurements.
• Strong coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites/locations
