Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage site execution activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to finish.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building materials science and construction methods.
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
