About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling multiple requirements across different functions and seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role expectations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Track offers, joining status, backouts, and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other talent sources when required.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and share hiring updates with management.
• Stay updated on market trends, candidate availability, and industry hiring practices.

• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and ATS/RMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
• Prior experience in startup, agency, media, digital, technology, or fast-paced environments will be an advantage.
