Exec/Sr Exec, YouTube

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing Saregama's YouTube channels to improve reach, engagement and monetization.

• Upload, schedule and publish video content as per the content calendar.

• Support the planning and execution of YouTube-led digital campaigns on Google Ads.

• Monitor campaign budgets, delivery and key performance metrics.

• Track channel and campaign performance, including views, watch time, CTR and other relevant KPIs.

• Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards and highlight key observations.

• Assist in audience targeting, campaign optimization and A/B testing.

• Coordinate with internal content and marketing teams to align campaigns with content and song releases.

• Stay updated on YouTube trends, digital content formats and advertising best practices.

• Support external agencies, wherever required, for campaign execution and performance tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in YouTube, digital marketing, performance marketing or content operations.

• Basic understanding of YouTube and Google Ads.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Goodanalytical and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Goodcommunication and collaboration skills.

• Interest in music, entertainment and digital content would be an advantage
