Role Definition

responsible for executing core HR operational activities from the Head Office in alignment with defined policies and timelines. The role exists to support smooth HR service delivery, data accuracy, and coordination between sites, employees, and corporate HR functions.Responsibility Deliverables

1. Execute HR operations and employee lifecycle activities at HO level
2. Support payroll, attendance, and data management
3. Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
4. Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and HR systems
5. Act as a support interface between employees, site HR, and corporate HR teams

Tasks & Activities:



HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and HRMS updates
• Support confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
• Assist in full & final settlement data preparation

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

• Compile and validate attendance and leave data received from sites
• Update attendance, leave, and payroll inputs in HR systems
• Coordinate with payroll team for data accuracy and timelines
• Address basic employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
• Track joining status and documentation completion
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

HR Documentation & MIS

• Maintain HR trackers, databases, and records
• Prepare and share HR MIS, dashboards, and reports
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with site HR for data collection and clarifications
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews
• Escalate discrepancies or risks to Manager/Sr. Exec

Reporting To: Sr. Exec HR payroll and compliances
