Exe./Sr. Exe. - Direct Taxation

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare annual corporate income tax returns (ITR-6) for multiple group entities.
• Review monthly and quarterly TDS/TCS computations, deposits, and quarterly returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
• Ensure accurate calculation of Advance Tax and Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT) liability.
• Monitor and review inter-company transactions, management fees, and cost-sharing models across group companies.
• Prepare and Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure smooth completion of Tax Audits (Form 3CD).
• Reconcile tax registers with the general ledger and Form 168 / AIS.
• Prepare and maintain MIS for Tax matters
• Draft replies to notices, queries, and scrutiny assessments from the Income Tax department.
• Compile data and papers and coordinate with consultant for appeals before the CIT (Appeals) or Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
