Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment process handling: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to closure.
• Candidate sourcing: Screen resumes from job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Client interaction: Regularly engage with clients to understand requirements and strategize recruitment activities.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver within time and cost limitations.
• Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
