We are looking for candidates for an International Chat Support (Non-Voice) Process with a leading global logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries exclusively through live chat.
• Assist customers with parcel shipping, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Address customer concerns related to lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
• Assist with shipment-related claims and resolve customer issues.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Undergraduates and Graduates.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong written communication and typing skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
