Excited job opening Office 365 Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, and mailbox administration.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams policies, collaboration settings, and governance standards.
• Perform administration and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, mail flow, transport rules, and email security.
• Support SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, and document management solutions.
• Implement and manage security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365, and DLP policies.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 health, performance, and security compliance.
• Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service request management.
• Support migration projects involving mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams workloads.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver M365 solutions.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Expertise in Exchange Online Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Administration.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Security & Compliance Center.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of email security, identity management, and access controls.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and Intune is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
