Job Summary

The role drives regional tractor sales by managing exchange programs, liquidating used inventory through secondary channels, and expanding application sales, all while ensuring strict SOP compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute exchange promotion activities across focused state dealerships and models.
• Create secondary market networks and channels to liquidate used tractor inventory.
• Build relationships with brokers and motivate dealers to increase sales via exchange programs.
• Generate prospect lists of old tractor owners to drive exchange leads to dealers.
• Drive application sales and growth within the assigned geographic region.
• Monitor competitor activity in the field and report critical market intelligence to headquarters.
• Maintain state-level MIS dashboards and reporting for all exchange sales data.
• Align and roll out planned sales activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual achievements against planned sales activities.
• Develop course-correction plans when goals or activity targets are missed.
• Train and upgrade the technical, behavioral, and commercial skills of Product Officers (POs).
