Exp: 8-15 yrs

Location: Navi Mumbai, Airoli

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Kiya.ai's AML, Fraud Management, Compliance, and RegTech solutions.
• Identify and acquire new customers across:
• Banks (Public & Private)
• NBFCs
• Fintechs
• Payment Aggregators
• Insurance Companies
• Cooperative & Small Finance Banks
• Build CXO-level relationships with Compliance Heads, CROs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Heads, and AML Officers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Track market trends, AML regulations, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.
• Develop strategic account plans for large BFSI customers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-15 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience.
• Strong experience selling AML, Fraud Detection, Risk Management, Compliance, RegTech, Banking Software, or Financial Technology solutions.
• Good understanding of:
• AML
• KYC
• Sanctions Screening
• Transaction Monitoring
• STR/CTR Reporting
• FATF Guidelines
• RBI/SEBI Compliance Frameworks
• Experience handling large-ticket BFSI accounts.
• Strong network within banking and financial services organizations.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
