Please find the below job details:

• Qualification: Qualified CA
• Exp: 2 years minimum post CA
• Designation : Assistant Manager/Manager depending on current designation and experience.
• Notice period should be max 60days
• Industry required: Open for any Industry/ Healthcare is preferred
• Kindly note : it is 6 days working
• Location Dwarka--Delhi

Mode of Interview: Face to face on coming Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, books of accounts, and timely financial reporting across business units/centres.
• P&L Management: Prepare and analyse centre-wise/business-wise P&L, identify variances and provide actionable insights.
• MIS & Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate MIS, dashboards and financial reports for management review.
• Month-End Closure: Drive timely monthly, quarterly and annual closing, including reconciliations and provisions.
• Balance Sheet & Reconciliations: Ensure accuracy of balance sheet schedules, bank, vendor, customer and inter-company reconciliations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in coordination with business teams.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• GST & TDS: Ensure accurate accounting and timely compliance with applicable GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Process & Controls: Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls and financial governance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Business Partnership: Work closely with operations and leadership teams to provide financial insights, improve cost control and support business decisions.

Eligibility: CA qualification is mandatory
