Position- Sales Support (Domestic Business).

Location- Malad (West), Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To provide back-office support to the sales team
• To prepare MIS reports on sales collection data.
• Coordination with the finance department / Accounts department regarding reimbursement of distributor debit notes, keeping track of reimbursement records.
• Coordination for all financial approvals.
• To prepare a dispatch plan and execute the same.
• To maintain all types of records: monthly tour programming, working reports, sales, and expense details.
• Correspond with the sales team for compliance with HO requirements.
• Maintain records of agreements & coordinating with the legal department for distributor agreements.
• Coordinate orders and dispatch with distributors, PPC department & logistics department.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in sales support.
• Good Analytical, Coordination & Multitasking skills.
