Position: - Circle Human Resource Manager

    Reporting: - Functional Reporting (DGM-HR) & Administrative Reporting (Circle Head - Operation)

Job Description:-

• Ensure to take care of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.
• Issue confirmation appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
• Implementation and review of policies from time to time.
• Supervision of Time Office Functions, leave records, operation of payroll.
• Manage Store HR Officer  & Asst. Manager HR at multiple locations
• Handling Labor contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
• Recruitment and Induction of Officers.
• Facilitate the Performance Management Activities in coordination with the Head Office
• Statutory Compliance (Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory inspector, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.)
• Core HR Activities
• Promotions, Transfers
• Grievance Redressal; Disciplinary proceedings.
