Job Description

• People operation team is central team deliver services to all business through Shared service model
• Hr data and employee Data Management of Employees on SF & ESSIN
• Personal files administration
• Leave and attendance Management
• Preparing Attrition reports
• Employee hiring on SF ( success actors) & ESSIN
• Employees exit formalities Administration
• Managing employees rewards Administration (ex. Long service etc )
• Maintaining monthly muster report for statutory compliance & Prepare compliance reports
• Preparing overtime report form 9
• Preparation of Monthly input to payroll
• Group Medical Insurance administration
• Managing employee queries on HR operations area
