Excel Expert

Job description:

• Extract data from online portals.
• Need to enter this data into the Excel files.
• Interact with US candidates regarding the hours they worked for the previous week.
• Solve the queries of the candidates regarding entering of hours into the online portals via e-mail and calls.
• Prepare various reports as required and guided by the management.
• Provide support and data to Invoice team, Payroll team and HR team.
• Required to submit error free reports for payroll and other departments.

 

Requirements:

• Must be able to work and prepare reports without errors.
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Excel.
• Should hold bachelor’s degree.
• Fresher and experienced, both can apply.
