Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant to join our SAP consulting team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration, warehouse management processes, SAP S/4HANA integration, and production support. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and optimizing warehouse processes, troubleshooting functional issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and external partners to deliver effective SAP EWM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP EWM solutions.

• Configure and maintain warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections, storage bins, and activity areas.

• Manage warehouse process types, warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, and warehouse order creation rules.

• Configure and support putaway, picking, packing, staging, and goods movement processes.

• Support handling unit management, stock transfers, replenishment, and physical inventory processes.

• Identify opportunities for warehouse process optimization and system improvements.
