Events & Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute birthday parties, school trips, corporate events, group activities, and special events.
• Handle customer enquiries, event bookings, packages, themes, decorations, and entertainment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional offers, contests, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate social media promotions across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile.
• Generate leads through schools, colleges, corporates, housing societies, and local businesses.
• Develop corporate and institutional partnerships to increase group bookings and event revenue.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote birthday packages, memberships, group bookings, and special offers.
• Monitor competitor activities, maintain lead and booking records, and collect customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be comfortable working on weekends and holidays as required.
• Candidates with experience in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Entertainment, Recreation, or Retail.
• Experience in handling birthday party bookings, corporate events, school events, and group activities will be preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, customer handling, sales, and business development.
